Now we’re looking for an “Account Manager” to join our Business Team at a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognised by CB Insights. 


Here’s What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key partner. 
  • Addressing and resolving key partner’s complaints. 
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key partners and internal teams.
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and product departments to ensure that key partner’s needs are met. 
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for the business team and stakeholders. 
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key partner's needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  • Negotiating contracts with key partners and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each partner's long-term goals.
  • Creating new external revenue channel
  • Issue regular reporting on the area of responsibilities and measures achievements against set targets. 
  • Implement an Account sales plan in-line with Business Unit Strategies and delivery against the plan (volume, price, gross margin and unit gross margin). 
  • Follows up customer needs, competitors and prices for responsible areas by being aware of new improvements. 


Desired Skills and Experiences: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or business consultancy preferably in a sales or account management role. 
  • Proven experience in account management. 
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
  • The ability to build rapport with key partners. 
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts. 
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills. 
  • Professional gravitas, assertive and confident with a high level of personal and professional credibility, presenting to senior level stakeholders. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in building relationships at all levels of the organization. 
  • Strong adaptation in working with and coordinating diverse teams along with the analytical skills necessary to direct the right resources into correct growth areas.
