Now we’re looking for a “Marketing Director” to join our Marketing Team at a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognized by CB Insights and many more.
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Develop, plan and support teams with planning and execution of both local and global marketing campaigns to build awareness and drive growth
- Generate innovative and creative concepts for attracting highly-targeted customers segments and beer lovers
- Manage the marketing team and improve team members’ capabilities and skills, build a cooperative working climate within and cross teams (Product, Creative, Sales)
- Manage, optimize, enhance and develop digital channels, supporting business objectives and optimizing SEO, performance, and social media activations for lead generation and opportunity conversion
- Manage all consumer engagement platforms, including website, social media, and CRM
- Manage the company's content strategy and design a cohesive editorial calendar that delivers high-quality, brand-congruent copy.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Manage 3rd parties and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Managing PR activities by keeping existing media contact and creating new ones
- Prepare quarterly and annual marketing plan and budget in accordance with company strategies and objectives, responsible for the marketing budget management and efficiency improvement,
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- +4 years of experience in marketing management, global sales, and digital marketing management
- 2+ years of experience leading or directing marketing operations in B2B ecosystems
- Experience in enterprise account-based marketing
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of how to optimize a CRM to create highly-curated and meaningful customer communications.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Reporting and giving presentations on a high level
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
