Now we’re looking for a “Customer Success Manager” to join our Customer Success at a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognized by CB Insights.

Here’s what you will be doing:
- Engage with data and apply automation and shortcuts for the system
- Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions; empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first
- Summarize product feedback gathered from customer meetings and act as advocate for our customers with internal development and product teams
- Form relationships and educate the customer on new product introductions and features to drive optimal product use
- Driven toward maximizing effectiveness of their organization in an effort to drive best-in-class customer experience for both contractor channel partner customers and consumers/end users
- Develop a trusted relationship with customer representatives at all levels such that all activities are closely aligned with the customer’s business case and business strategy
- Be in touch with technical teams, bar owners and bartenders
- Able to learn all our hardware and software products
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- +3 years experience in related field
- Enjoy working with data; pulling reports & data analysis to get the best insights to our customers; experience with data visualization is a plus
- Experience with data/BI
- Analytical and critical thinker with ability to connect multiple people to assess and propose improvements to the business
- Dynamic, highly articulate and enthusiastic
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet the needs of customers
- Ability to recognize core issues and tackle any and all problems related to customer service
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
