The VP of Operations will oversee Pubinno’s Production, Technical Service and Customer Success departments. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and driving the growth of the company’s global operations. The technical service department will report directly to the VP of Operations through its own department lead, who is responsible for managing day-to-day operations.The VP of Operations will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the product and business teams to align business strategies with product and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight:

• The production department will be managed by its own lead, who will report directly to the VP of Operations. The VP will provide strategic guidance and ensure the department consistently delivers high-quality service.

Technical Service Leadership Oversight:

• The technical service department will be managed by its own lead, who will report directly to the VP of Operations. The VP will provide strategic guidance and ensure the department consistently delivers high-quality service for Pubinno’s global clientele.

Operational Strategy:

• The Customer Success department will be managed by its own lead, who will report directly to the VP of Operations. Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, minimize costs, and scale processes globally while ensuring the highest quality standards across all operations.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Work closely with business and product teams to ensure alignment on operational goals and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within technology companies.

Hardware Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in the hardware domain, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.

Startup Background:

• Prior experience in a startup environment is highly preferred, with the ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced settings.

Leadership:

• Proven track record of managing and growing teams, with a focus on operational efficiency and innovation.

Personality:

• A young and dynamic leader who inspires and motivates teams to achieve their best.
