Now we’re looking for a “Global Enterprise Sales Manager” to join our Sales Team at a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognised by CB Insights.

Here's What You'll be Doing:

  • Creating sales plans, achieving quota attainment and global sustainable growth for the assigned geographical area to meet sales targets
  • Taking on a multi-continental role to secure new customers and expand our existing customer portfolio
  • Leading project sales and digital transformation solutions, providing customers with the best possible solutions
  • Strengthening existing customer relationships and managing renewals with a proactive Hunter Sales approach
  • Managing sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle from inception to closing deals
  • Maintaining and increasing existing revenue streams for the region
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market
  • Preparing and delivering persuasive presentations to potential customers
  • Promoting Pubinno products and organization in the market
  • Clearly understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products and implementing strategies aimed at improving Pubinno's presence in the market
  • Highly skilled in developing and maintaining technical and procedural knowledge
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years experience of enterprise Tech Sales
  • Preferably experienced in Food & Beverage Industry, especially in HORECA
  • The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • We are producing a technology that will shape the future of draft, and we expect you to be tech-savvy and use it in sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Time and resource management
  • Ability to establish professional relationships with client and end users
  • Strategic and creative thinking with the vision of going beyond what we have already achieved
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
