Now we’re looking for a “Software Project Quality Engineer” to join our Product Team at a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognized by CB Insights.

Skills and Experience:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of work experience in software quality assurance
• Good understanding of software QA methodologies and processes
• Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience with black box testing
• Hands-on Experience in SQL
• Experience working in an Agile development process
• Experience with any scripting language is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about automating repetitive tasks
• Collaborative in domains outside of expertise
• Clear focus, passion for continuous learning and dedication to ship high quality products in a fast paced and ambitious environment

Key Responsibilities

• Create acceptance criteria for software tasks
• Test software tasks during the sprints
• Analyze and document defects/bugs in the software products
• Evaluating new requirements with the product team
• Ensure that software team members are kept informed of progress, and stay aligned to the project goals
• Work closely with the software engineering team to improve software products
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
• Prioritizing team cooperation
