Now we’re looking for a “Senior R&D Engineer” to join our R&D Team as a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognized by CB Insights and many more. 

Here’s What You Will Be Doing: 

• Contribute to defining and executing R&D strategies aligned with Pubinno’s vision and business goals.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to mass production, while delivering technical solutions at every stage.
• Actively contribute to the design, prototyping, and testing processes of Pubinno’s product family, including Smart Tap, Smart Clean and Tap Pay.
• Optimize both mechanical and electronic components of products to simplify manufacturing and enhance functionality.
• Leverage your hands-on skills to create innovative prototypes
• Support initiatives to explore and implement innovative beverage technologies and IoT solutions.
• Collaborate in an agile, multidisciplinary environment with software, hardware, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development.
• Participate in the design, prototyping, and development of hardware products and their integration with advanced software tools.
• Collaborate to ensure seamless hardware-software interaction for exceptional user experiences and operational efficiency.
• Leverage emerging technologies to improve product performance and scalability.
• Optimize existing systems to enhance reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure products meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations for quality and safety.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams to align R&D efforts with market demands and product roadmaps.

Desired Skills and Experiences: 

• 5+ years of experience in R&D roles within IoT, hardware, or technology-driven industries.
• A degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing a product from scratch and successfully transitioning it into mass production.
• Previous experience in startup environments or agile working models, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach.
• A maker mindset: curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation
• Advanced expertise in 3D CAD design tools
• Strong knowledge of hardware and electronic component integration.
• Hands-on experience in bringing innovative products from concept to implementation.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and predictive analytics.
• A proactive and collaborative approach with a focus on delivering impactful results.
• Taking ownership of the entire product lifecycle and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
