Now we’re looking for a “Hardware Product Manager” to join our Hardware Team at a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognized by CB Insights and many more.

Here’s What You’ll be Doing:

• Identify immediate and/or upcoming user needs, then work with the team to develop a product plan that addresses them.
• Being in the field, -work with all stakeholders to understand the business objectives and translate these into requirements to create the product roadmap
• Define product vision and growth opportunities 
• Metric based approach, analytic thinking 
• Write clear, crisp, detailed product specifications
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Implement and orchestrate developer sprints
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Desired Skills & Experiences:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or similar relevant field with a minimum 3+ experience
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Experience delivering hardware productsOutstanding written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision
