VP of Sales

The VP of Sales will oversee the strategic direction of Pubinno’s, Marketing and Global Sales & Partnerships departments ensuring strategic alignment and growth while account managers handle day-to-day client relations. Each department has its own leads, who will report directly to the VP of Sales. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with Pubinno’s business objectives, ensuring that we not only meet our revenue targets but also maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and brand growth. For account management, the VP of Sales will take a more macro-level approach, as the day-to-day operations are managed by account managers. The VP of Sales will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the product and operations teams to align business strategies with product and operational goals.


Sales Leadership and Management:

  • Proven success in closing complex deals and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Strategic Sales Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and implement strategies to achieve long-term business objectives.

Marketing Leadership:

  • Oversee the marketing lead, ensuring that strategies such as brand positioning, demand generation, digital marketing, and content creation are aligned with business goals and drive customer acquisition.

Business Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute long-term strategies around market expansion, product positioning, and new business ventures.

Partnership Management:

  • Identify and secure partnership opportunities that align with Pubinno's global operations and market needs.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the product and operations teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and product development.
  • Partner with the VP of Operations and VP of R&D to streamline processes, improve customer experiences, and drive business growth.


Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience across marketing, customer success, and account management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience within technology companies is essential.

Marketing Expertise:

  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth through marketing and account management strategies in B2B (enterprise) environments.

Startup Background:

  • Experience in startup environments is preferred, with an ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings.

Leadership Skills:

  • Strong leadership abilities, with a talent for inspiring and managing teams through their department lead to achieve ambitious objectives.

Personality:

  • A dynamic, results-driven leader who balances strategic thinking with practical execution. Must thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
  • Experience studying or working abroad.
  • Able to handle the challenges and stress of closing complex deals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven success in marketing, account management, and customer success within B2B technology environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
