     Now, as a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape recognized by CB Insights and many more, we’re looking for an "HR Manager" to join our People & Culture team and help us shape the future of our growing global organization.

Here’s What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Own and lead the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, career development, and offboarding.
  • Act as a business partner to our teams, becoming the key bridge between employees and leadership to drive a strong, solution-focused culture.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO, and lead the P&C team to execute proactive, growth-focused people initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Monitor team dynamics, identify potential promotions, motivation challenges, and organizational improvements, offering a leadership perspective with actionable insights.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance Pubinno's employer brand.
  • Manage and continuously optimize operational HR processes including payroll documentation and compliance activities.
  • Support organizational development by implementing performance management systems and learning & development programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and turn insights into strategic actions for improvement.
  • Promote a positive, energetic, and disciplined culture where people feel motivated, supported, and empowered to succeed.
  • Leverage HR technologies and ATS platforms to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Embody a "solution-oriented" mindset — no challenge is too big, no detail is too small!

Desired Skills and Experiences: 

  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience with a generalist background, covering recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
  • A blend of corporate experience and startup agility — you know how to balance structure with flexibility.
  • Previous experience in team management is a must.
  • Direct collaboration experience with CEOs or C-level executives is a strong plus.
  • Recruitment agency or consultancy experience is a plus (but not required).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting and metric-driven decision making.
  • Expertise in ATS systems and HR tools.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills — you’re approachable, inspiring, and credible across all levels.
  • Highly organized, solution-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
