Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative designs and videos.
• 2+ years of professional experience in creating graphics, animations, and videos.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premier, Figma, and other relevant design tools are a plus.
• Ability to take and follow direction, while also having a creative eye for improvements
• Knowledge or experience in a start-up is an advantage
• General understanding of computers and digital equipment and knowledge of new and cutting-edge technology
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking
• Tech-savvy

Here’s What You Will Be Doing:

• Produce videos, animations, and GIFs for digital channels
• Create captivating single images or carousel images for our digital and traditional channels
• Design visually engaging images for our website 
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Collaborate with marketing team and copywriters to bring visual ideas to life from concept to execution and iterate based on feedback from team members and partner
• Continuously, follow, discover, and implement trends and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
