As a Junior Account Manager – CEO’s Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting Pubinno’s strategic customer and partner relationships — not only from the office, but also on the field. You’ll spend time visiting our key accounts, ensuring top-tier partner experience hands-on.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting in the management of key global accounts, with a focus on delivering executive-level visibility and excellence.
- Visiting key account locations regularly to build strong, direct relationships and gather real-time insights from the field.
- Supporting on-site rollouts, product installations, and experience audits with strategic customers.
- Acting as an extension of the CEO’s strategic vision during customer-facing interactions in the field.
- Preparing partner-facing materials, reporting packs, meeting notes, and action plans.
- Following up on action items, ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Gathering and organizing customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intel to feed executive decision-making.
- Helping coordinate end-to-end communication between sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Monitoring key account KPIs, partner satisfaction scores, and strategic milestone check-ins.
- Supporting partner onboarding and assisting in ensuring SLA and commitment follow-through.
- Tracking revenue opportunities and upsell signals within strategic accounts.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a client-facing role (internships or full-time).
- You enjoy being on the move, meeting people, and engaging directly with partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Excel at proactive follow-ups, structured reporting, and cross-team coordination.
- Curious about B2B relationship dynamics, SaaS or IoT technologies, and executive strategy.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and managing upward communication.
