The VP of Product will own and execute the product vision, strategy, and marketing for Pubinno’s portfolio, including products Smart Tap, Smart Clean, Tap Pay and Smart Hub. This leader will ensure that all products align with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Product will oversee the product lifecycle while driving go-to-market strategies and integrating software capabilities to enhance Pubinno’s value proposition. This role is crucial for expanding Pubinno’s leadership in the draft beverage technology industry.


Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Define and execute a cohesive product roadmap for hardware and software tools, ensuring alignment with Pubinno’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and enhance Pubinno’s software suite to complement and extend hardware product capabilities.
  • Drive the evolution of Pubinno’s products to serve a broader range of beverages beyond beer.

2. Product Development and Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end development of Pubinno’s hardware and software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
  • Manage the lifecycle of both hardware products and software tools, from concept to scaling and optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative and technically feasible solutions within defined timelines.

3. Software Tool Integration:

  • Expand and refine Pubinno’s software offerings to provide customers with actionable insights, enhanced operational control, and predictive maintenance.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of software tools with hardware products, enhancing the overall customer experience and value proposition.

4. Product Marketing Strategy:

  • Define go-to-market strategies for both hardware and software products, ensuring cohesive messaging and positioning.
  • Develop compelling campaigns highlighting the integration of Pubinno’s hardware and software tools to drive adoption and customer engagement.

5. Customer-Centric Innovation:

  • Use customer insights, market trends, and data to prioritize product enhancements across hardware and software.
  • Ensure that all products, particularly software tools, address operational challenges and deliver measurable benefits, such as increased efficiency and profitability.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with the VP of Business and VP of Operations to align product strategies with sales, marketing, and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and effective adoption of software tools.

7. Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Establish best practices for managing hardware and software product lifecycles.


Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • 8+ years in product management, with leadership experience 
  • Proven track record of managing integrated product portfolios in IoT or technology-driven companies.

Software Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience developing and launching software tools, with a focus on usability, analytics, and operational insights.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer success metrics.

Leadership Skills:

  • Inspirational leader with a demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams and deliver innovative products.

Customer-Centric Focus:

  • Deep understanding of customer pain points and the ability to translate them into impactful product features and campaigns.
