Now we’re looking for a “Production Engineer” to join our Hardware Team as a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognized by CB Insights and many more.

Here’s What You’ll be Doing
Production:
- Develop and design manufacturing jigs and fixtures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability of production processes.
- Collaborate with production team members to troubleshoot equipment issues, identify production bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance enhancement.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new production technologies and equipment.
Planning:
- Be in close contact with suppliers to ensure component arrivals are on due with our deadlines during procurement, purchasing and delivery of our components.
- Finding suitable suppliers to work with and manage supplier relationships
Quality Control:
- Design and implement quality control plans and procedures for various stages of the production process.
- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Analyze quality control data and identify trends or recurring issues.
- Investigate and troubleshoot quality defects, identify root causes, and propose solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.
General:
- Provide technical support and guidance to production and quality control personnel.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability and quality of new products.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and advancements in manufacturing and quality control technologies.
Desired Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineer or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or quality control engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in designing and developing manufacturing jigs and fixtures preferred.
- Experience in creating and reading gd&t technical drawing
- Understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using quality control and inspection equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in component sourcing
- Experience in supplier relationship management
