Now we’re looking for an “Account Executive” to join our Business Team at a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognised by CB Insights.
Here’s What You Will Be Doing:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key partners.
- Addressing and resolving key partner’s complaints.
- Regularly visiting key accounts and field locations to ensure strong, hands-on relationship management.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key partners and internal teams.
- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and product departments to ensure that key partner’s needs are met.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for the business team and stakeholders.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key partner's needs and preparing customized solutions.
- Supporting contract negotiation processes and ensuring alignment with agreed deliverables.
- Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth within partner accounts.
- Reporting regularly on responsibilities and tracking progress against targets.
- Contributing to the implementation of account strategies in alignment with business unit goals (volume, pricing, and value metrics).
- Staying informed about customer needs, competitors, and market developments.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or business consultancy, preferably in a sales or account management role.
- Proven experience in account management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- The ability to build rapport with key partners.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation, time management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Confident in working independently, while collaborating across departments.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
