Now we’re looking for a “Mechanical Engineer” to join our Hardware Team at a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognised by CB Insights.

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Mechanical design upgrades for our existing hardware products to
• Increase reliability
• Reduce costs
• Increase serviceability
• Mechanic designs for our new hardware products
• Designing and producing production and testing equipments
• Overseeing and improving the device assembly process

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production Engineering or a related field
• Hands on experience with mass production, bringing a design to production through prototyping and validation.
• Strong understanding of product development for mass production, DFM and DFA.
• Experience working with plastics and metals (aluminum and stainless steel) 
• Experience with leakproofing and waterproofing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Turkish)
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Well-experienced in CAD Tools (Solidworks, Onshape is a plus)
• Experience with managing and coordinating with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Experience with mass production and production testing
• Experience with cost reduction and process optimization in mass production
