Now we’re looking for a “Talent Acquisition Specialist” to join our People & Culture Team at a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognized by CB Insights and many more.
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent that aligns with Pubinno’s values and goals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs and execute customized recruitment plans.
- Actively source candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry connections.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate experience to ensure smooth and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the P&C team to continuously improve and streamline recruitment practices.
- Maintain and update our ATS, ensuring all candidate data and hiring steps are accurately documented.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a high-growth tech company or startup.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques, including headhunting and proactive outreach.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong network within the industry and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus.
