Now we’re looking for a “Talent Acquisition Specialist” to join our People & Culture Team at a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognized by CB Insights and many more.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent that aligns with Pubinno’s values and goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs and execute customized recruitment plans.
• Actively source candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry connections.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the candidate experience to ensure smooth and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the P&C team to continuously improve and streamline recruitment practices.
• Maintain and update our ATS, ensuring all candidate data and hiring steps are accurately documented.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a high-growth tech company or startup.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques, including headhunting and proactive outreach.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• A strong network within the industry and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus.
